At MadamSew, we want you to love every tool and accessory in your sewing room. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sewing machine parts or accessory components are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
