Needle Sorting Pincushion - Free Gift
This is no ordinary pin cushion!
Designed to keep and organize your sewing machine needles, this is in fact a âneedle sorting needle cushionâ, made to organize used sewing machine needles that are not yet worn out.
- FACT: There are many needle types and sizes for different projects and fabrics, so if you are sewing with different materials often, youâre changing your needle faster than it wears out!
- FACT: The markings on sewing machine needles are tiny. Can you read the inscriptions? Once you remove a needle from the needle box, itâs hard to find out exactly what size or type it is.
- FACT: I often forget what kind of needle I have on my machine. Do you?
Â
Use this little cushion to temporarily keep a sewing machine needle until you need it again for your next project. Every time you remove a needle from the cushion to use on your machine, put a pin in the corresponding square in the table to mark which needle you are currently using.. When you change the needle for another type or thickness, move the pin and place the needle in the corresponding square so you can reuse your needle later and keep it organized at the same time. This is shown with the yellow headed pin in the photo.
The table contains 6 different needle sizes (60 to 100) and 7 needle types (Universal, Microtex, Ballpoint, Stretch, Denim, Serger and Embroidery)
Also with this cushion weâve included a little âeverything-you-need-to-know-about-sewing-machine-needlesâ guide.
